Data deletion instructions

SwooshRank lets you connect your Facebook Page, Instagram account, and Google Business Profile. When you do, we store the connection's access tokens (encrypted) and the data needed to provide the connected features. You can have all of it deleted at any time using any of the methods below.

Facebook & Instagram

1. In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find SwooshRank, and choose Remove. This automatically signals us to delete your connection data; you'll be shown a confirmation page with a reference code.
2. Or disconnect the account inside SwooshRank, which immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens.

Google Business Profile

Disconnect the Google connection inside SwooshRank to revoke access and delete the stored tokens, or email us using the address below and we will remove it for you.

Email request

You can also email hello@swooshrank.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your connection data. We will confirm once it is removed.

We delete the connection's access tokens and the social data associated with it. This does not cancel your subscription — manage billing separately from your account.
